Support Ticket Guidelines
This section explains the requirements for submitting tickets to Shinri Trial Support.
Submitting a Player Report
Please review the following requirements before submitting a report.
Your Report Must Include
- correctly filling out required forms;
- accurate information about the alleged violation;
- evidence that clearly supports the report.
Evidence Requirements
- Only screenshots and video recordings are accepted.
- The evidence must have been captured from your own point of view.
- Videos longer than two minutes must include timestamps.
- Do not split a long recording into several clips without providing timestamps.
- Edited, spliced, blurred, or otherwise altered evidence will not be reviewed.
A Report Will Not Be Reviewed If
- no evidence of the violation is provided;
- it is submitted on behalf of someone else, unless it is about a serious violation of the project rules;
- the ticket contains spam, off-topic content, insults, profanity, or disrespectful behavior;
- false information is provided or there is an attempt to mislead the administration;
- more than 48 hours have passed since the violation occurred.
Review Time
The administration aims to review player reports within 24 hours of submission.
If the reporting player does not respond within 24 hours, the ticket may be closed as resolved.
Submitting an Appeal
Please review the following requirements before submitting an appeal.
Your Appeal Must Include
- correctly filled out required forms;
- a detailed explanation of why you are appealing the penalty;
- evidence that supports your position.
Evidence Requirements
- Only screenshots and video recordings are accepted.
- The evidence must belong to the person submitting the appeal.
- Videos longer than two minutes must include timestamps.
- Do not split a long recording into several clips without providing timestamps.
- Edited, spliced, blurred, or otherwise altered evidence will not be reviewed.
An Appeal Will Not Be Reviewed If
- it does not follow the required form;
- it contains spam or off-topic content;
- it is used to argue about or publicly debate an administrator’s response;
- it contains insults, profanity, or disrespectful conduct toward the administration;
- false information is provided or there is an attempt to mislead the administration;
- it is submitted on behalf of another person;
- it duplicates a previously submitted appeal;
- more than two days have passed since the penalty was issued, unless project management approves an exception.
Review Time
- The administration aims to review appeals within 24 hours of submission.
- In exceptional cases, project management may extend the review period.
- If the player does not respond within 24 hours, the ticket may be closed as resolved.
Additional Information
- This section is intended exclusively for appealing penalties that have already been issued.
- Appeals against placement on the Shinri Trial blacklist are reviewed only by the Head Administrator or Assistant Head Administrator.
